30-Day No Obligation Trial Period
Goodyear stands behind every Fortera® tire we make because we believe that these are the finest tires you can buy for your SUV. In fact, we believe this so strongly, that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your Fortera tires, you can exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Simply bring your Fortera tires, along with the original sales receipt, to the Retailer where they were purchased within 30 days. The exchanged Goodyear Fortera tires will be removed, and replacement Goodyear tires will be mounted and balanced – at no cost to you. Certain limitations apply.*
*The exchange applies only to the same number of tires as originally
purchased. If your exchange is for a more expensive tire, you’ll have
to pay the difference (including sales tax). Likewise, if your exchange
is for a less expensive tire, you’ll be refunded the difference. Valve
stems are extra, if necessary. Goodyear cannot accept exchanges for
tires that are damaged due to misuse, road hazards or mechanical
problems related to the vehicle; for tires used in any racing-related
activities or competitive events; or for tires removed from the original
vehicle. This trial period only applies to the original tires purchased
and not to the exchanged tires.
